Summer Crisis Program
Provides three kinds of assistance for ELECTRIC CONSUMERS in the summer months (June, July, August)
  • Money to pay your electric bill
  • Provide AC unit, OR
  • Provide fans

Who's eligible?

  • low-income (see below)
  • elderly households (over 60) or
  • individuals with certain medical conditions (and medical verification of need).
  • must be an electric company customer (tenants who's electricity is included in th e rent are NOT eligible
  • For this program, 'low income' means:
